Massage Therapy
Using a combination of hands on modalities; the therapist will focus on reducing tension, increasing passive and active range of motion, increase circulation and positively effect the nervous system to allow the body to heal and get back to feeling great.
Coaching
Using an evidence driven and science backed approach, coaches will assist in taking your fitness and health to the next level. Either working in conjunction with our in house practitioners or working solely with you, coaches will focus on your goals and work supportingly with you to achieve them.
Chiropractic
Chiropractic care focuses on returning the patient to good health, without the use of drugs or surgery, through manipulation and mobilization of joints, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitative exercises and stretches, modalities and a variety of other treatments.
Fitness Classes
We have a variety of group fitness classes to offer to help you reach your fitness and health goals ranging from 30-90 minutes.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapists are primary health care practitioners who are experts in the science of movement.
Physiotherapy will include an assessment to find the root cause of your injury or complaint.
Treatment may consist of education, manual therapy, modalities including dry needling, acupuncture, light therapy, taping, fascial treatment, and exercise prescription. Your physiotherapist will work with you to develop a specific treatment plan suited to your goals and needs.
